CANCELATION POLICIES:
For SURF EXCURTIONS:
1.
No refunds will be provided if the participants are more than 30 minutes late, missed their scheduled reservation, or change or alter their reservation within 48 hours of the lesson reservation.
2.
Surfing lessons must be cancelled 48 hours before your lesson start time for a full refund.
3.
Reservations with previous payment made within 48 hours will not be refunded if.
4.
Reservations can be rescheduled within 48 hours. Please email info@vallartasurfco.com if you would like to reschedule the lesson or Whats App +523221006186
5.
From December 15th – April 29th bookings cannot be rescheduled within the 48 hours.
6.
Once you hit the sand there are no refunds unless lifeguards or your instructor/s shut down the lesson.
7.
No refunds will be provided if participants are late, miss their scheduled reservation or change or alter their reservation within 48 hours of reservation.
For Weather conditions:
1.
In the rare case if harsh weather or strong rain occurs, we will reschedule or you will receive a full refund 100%.
2.
If we decide to reschedule due to weather conditions you can choose a different time or day or receive a 70% refund.
For surfboard rentals:
1.
In the case you didn't liked your surfboard rental you can change your board every 24 hrs.
2.
If you have a free drop off-pickup delivery board (weekly and monthly rentals) board pickup after your rental will have to be same place as the drop off or any place near but not further.
